Karl's been to Alaska

I saw on  Ricky's blog that Karl has just come back from his first trip on the second series of An Idiot Abroad, Alaska being the destination. Here's what Ricky has said on the subject:

"Karl got back from Alaska today. It was the first trip of An Idiot Abroad 2 : The Bucket List. He's not happy. It's not what he expected at all. Still too late now. He signed the contract and cashed the cheque. What a fucking twonk. Why did he trust us again? I have the angriest message saved on my phone. Really. He's so angry, and sick and tired that... it's hilarious."
  
Sounds like Ricky and Steve have stitched up Karl, in spite of Karl getting to choose the destinations in this series. I can't wait for this.

Life's Too Short & An Idiot Abroad 2

Apparently there will be a second series of An Idiot Abroad, which will focus on Karl experiencing 'bucket list' activities, which are things that people typically say you should do before you die. There are no other clues as to what these will include and Ricky has said that Karl is 'asking more questions this time around', considering what he went through last time. They start filming soon.

I would love to see Karl swimming with dolphins, climbing a mountain or running a marathon. Good news indeed.

I can't wait for Life's Too Short to air. After seeing the pilot episode the BBC have commisioned a full six-episode series. The sitcom will centre around Warwick Davis and will be a fictionalized account of his day-to-day struggles with being shorter than the average person. The series will include cameos by both Gervais and Merchant who will play themselves.

Depending on the success of the series there may even be a Life's Too Short film. The humour has been described by Ricky as being similar to that of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

What would we do without Karl, Ricky and Steve.
